
If you find yourself suspended (unable to log into Driver Companion+), there may be several reasons why:
In the event you receive a suspension for one of the reasons above, you cannot log into Driver Companion+ until it is manually lifted, the suspension expires, or your account balance rises above the minimum threshold.
Driver accounts can be suspended directly by an operator, or automatically if your documents are expired. In this event, you cannot log into your Driver Companion+ account and complete jobs.
If you've been suspended due to expired documents, you can rectify this by sending updated documents via your Driver Companion+. You do not need to be logged in to achieve this.
Otherwise, please contact your office to discuss your suspension.
Vehicles may be suspended directly by an operator or automatically if the vehicle's documents meet the expiry date. In this case, you will not be able to log into this particular vehicle.
A balance suspension occurs if your balance falls below the minimum threshold set by your taxi company. This could be your current, previous or outstanding balance.
Note: Automatic balance suspensions can only occur if this feature is in use by your company.
