Taking cash payments - DC+ (Beta)

After completing a journey, to take a cash payment from a passenger:
  1. After tapping or swiping 'Drop Off', you are taken to the 'Adjust fare' screen.
  2. Here you can:
    1. Add a promo/loyalty card.
    2. Add any extras e.g. gratuity.



      Notes
      Note: Depending on the job and your taxi company's system, you may not always be able to add extras and/or promo and loyalty cards.
  3. Swipe or press 'Confirm' to continue.
  4. On the 'Final fare' screen can see the final total here including information such as journey distance and waiting time in minutes.

    Use the Edit () icon to return to the 'Adjust fare' screen to make any final adjustments.
  5. Tap 'Cash' as payment.



  6. Collect payment from the passenger.
  7. Press 'Complete'.
