The User Report screen displays all E-Booker and Passenger App users, highlighting information such as user details, app version, last access date, device version and marketing preference. This report is useful for viewing which of your users have opted in or out of marketing.

To access this screen:

1. In AppSettings, click Reports in the top menu.
2. Open the User Report section.

Viewing the Data

By default, the table displays 10 entries for the current month's user data. You can adjust this view using the dropdown menu below the search bar to show 10, 25, 50, or 100 entries per page.

There are two filters available that allow you to narrow down the data by all users, or only those who have opted in or out of marketing, and a date range of all, the last 30 days or the last 7 days.

Additionally, you can use the search bar to look across all columns of the table.

To sort the data in each column, click on the arrow next to the column title.

Exporting the Data

To export your user data for use in other programs or to store for recording purposes, click the Excel or CSV buttons, and the data automatically exports to the selected format.
