The Vehicle Query screen allows you to view details about the selected vehicle, including details about the driver and vehicle, the current status of the vehicle. If the vehicle has an active booking against it, the estimates, pricing and booking information are displayed for that booking.
You can access the Vehicle Query screen on the Dispatch screen by typing a Vehicle Callsign and pressing the 'Q' shortcut key.
You can modify which fields are shown in each category by clicking the Customise Form icon and toggling the visibility settings.
In these sections, you can view details about the driver and the vehicle including callsign, name, phone number, capabilities, model, plate number.
The current status information of the vehicle is shown here, which includes which zone they are in, queue position number, penalty, soon to clear countdown.
There are several status types that can appear in the Status field depending on current state of the vehicle, including: Clear, Offering Job, Dispatched, Street Booking, Picked Up, etc.
The following categories of Estimates, Booking and Pricing only appear if the vehicle is on a job or currently being offered a job.
The Estimates category only shows two fields, Distance to Pickup and ETA to Pickup.
The fields in this category display data about the currently active/offered booking, including important details such as pickup time, pickup, destination, passenger name, etc.
This category also only shows two fields, Price and Cost of the currently active/offered booking.
