The Virtual Operator Recordings screen allows you to manage Virtual Operator, review VO transcripts, and listen to VO recordings.

To access this screen:

1. Click on Virtual Operator Recordings from the Recordings menu.
   
   

Search for recordings

To search for recordings:

1. Select the Start/ End Date.
   
   Note: You can narrow down your search by typing in the search field.
   
   
2. Then click Search.
   

Listen to recordings

To listen to the recordings:

1. Click on the (Speech) icon for a recording.
   
2. Then click on the (Play) icon.
   
   

Note: You can also review the call transcript on the Call Details.
