The Success Rate report shows you how successful the Virtual Operator has been with its calls.

To access this screen:

1. Click on Success Rate from the Reports > VO Reports menu.
   
   

Get updated report

To an updated report:

1. Select the Start/ End Date, View, and Operator.
   
2. Then click Get Report.
