Wall Stats - 365 Analytics

Wall Stats - 365 Analytics

What Is This Section?

This section allows you to explore and analyse the impact of your ‘The Wall’ scenarios on overall booking availability, helping you identify when and where customers are being blocked.

Wall Stats provides insight into how often these scenarios activate and which booking channels are most affected.

Notes
Note: This feature is currently in active development and may appear as “Coming soon” on your system until it becomes available.

Getting Started

On the 365 Portal, select the Analytics tile. Navigate to Bookings > Wall Stats.

How It Works

Your data is automatically imported and updated in Analytics, where you can explore it using built-in filters for a more targeted view. You also have the option to export your visualised data in Excel format, enabling deeper analysis and easier sharing with others.

Filter Button (- Click the Filter icon to open it. After adjusting the filter, click anywhere on the page to close the window.

You can filter your data by:

  • Date Range - Use the slider or calendar buttons to configure a date range to include data from.
  • Company - Choose a company to filter your data (applicable in a multi-company system).
  • Scenario - Select a Wall Scenario to filter the report and display data collected from that specific scenario.
  • Zone -  Select a zone to show only the data collected from that particular zone.

Focus Mode (- Hover over the different graphics and use this button to enlarge the report visual to see more detail.

You cannot filter your data whilst in focus mode; your existing filter will remain until changed. Your current filters remain active while you are in focus mode. To change your filters, click 'Back to report,' make your adjustments, and then return to focus mode.

Exporting Data

To export your data:

  1. Hover over a visual to export.
  2. Click the Three Dots ( ... ) icon in the top-right corner.

    Notes
Note: Depending on the visual you are exporting will determine whether you can choose the type of format it is exported in.

Tables can be exported as 'Data with current layout' and 'Summarised data'.

Visualised data such as graphs can only be exported as 'Summarised data'.

If exporting as 'Summarised data', you can use the File Format dropdown to select whether to export as .xlsx or csv.

  3. Press the Export button.
  4. Your file will then begin downloading. Once downloaded, you can open your file from your file explorer.

What Are The Different Sections?

Report

The Report section features a text-based table which summarises your Wall scenarios, displaying information such as company, zone code, number of bookings blocked by each booking channel and total number of bookings blocked.

You can sort the table by clicking any column header, making it easy to organise data alphabetically or identify scenarios with the highest number of blocked bookings.

Clicking a table row will highlight that specific scenario in the Trend chart for deeper analysis.

Trend

The Trend section provides a visual view of how Wall scenarios behave over time. A line chart displays:

  • Total blocked bookings
  • Phone-blocked bookings
  • Third-party-blocked bookings
  • Mobile-blocked bookings

Each metric is colour-coded, allowing you to quickly see which booking channel is most affected. The Trend chart updates dynamically based on the scenario you select from the Report table or any filters applied.

You can also scroll horizontally to view additional line graphs for other scenarios or time periods.
