Vehicle Details

Add and update your vehicle details in this section. These details may already be populated from the system when you join a taxi company.

Note: If you do not have a vehicle assigned to your driver account, this section will be greyed out and inaccessible.

Updating the Vehicle Details

To add or update your vehicle details:

1. Tap on the fields and enter the relevant information:
   • Make: The make of your vehicle (e.g. Ford, Vauxhall, Volkswagen).
   • Model: The model type of your vehicle (e.g. Civic, Prius, Octavia).
   • Year of manufacture: The year your car was made. You can check the 10th digit of the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), which indicates the model year, to obtain this information.
   • Registration: Your vehicle registration. It is important to include this information as the passenger app shows your registration to the customer.
   • Size: The maximum number of passengers your vehicle can hold.
2. Once finished, press 'Update Details'.
3. Changes submitted will require approval from the company office.

Ensure that you enter accurate and up-to-date information, and keep it current with any changes.

Review Process

Any changes must be approved from your company office first. Until then, any updated fields will be marked with a 'Pending ()' icon.

Once approved, your vehicle details are automatically updated with your modified values.

If they are rejected by the office, the offending fields are marked in red with a reason why stated underneath.

Upon submitting new details, the reviewal process will commence once again.
