Here you will find the latest features, improvements, and bug fixes for Phantom.
To ensure you have the best experience using Phantom, we recommend always updating to the latest version available.
What's New
Display Company Number of Driver for IVR/ABOP
When drivers in a multi-company system are contacted via IVR/ABOP by the system or by a passenger, the correct number for the company they work for is displayed.
Auto Answer: Agent Controls
You can now configure the 'Auto Answer' feature in Agent Controls, where there is a new toggle which enables or disables the automatic answering of calls.
Note: This feature does not apply to the softphone.Blind Transfers to Voicemail
There is a new toggle in Agent Settings that, when enabled, transfers calls to voicemail if the agent performs a blind transfer to another unavailable agent.
Advisory Naming Convention
Throughout Phantom, the names of items (e.g. Virtual Operators, Short codes, Announcements) are now advised to be unique, to prevent any issues with duplicate names. A warning message will appear stating "The name should be unique" under any values where this is the case.
Test Email Settings
In General > SMTP Settings, we've added a new feature where you can send a test email to an inputted address using your SMTP configuration, allowing you to see if your SMTP settings are correct.
Change Forwarding / Follow Me Number via Star Code
You can now use *85 to change the forwarding/follow me number. You can still edit this value directly in Agent settings.
Improvements
Wallboard: Queue Overview
To improve the queue overview wallboard, we've added new customisation options,
configurations and UI improvements to enhance usability and clarity for users monitoring queue
statistics.
These include:
- Configurable Warning and Alert thresholds for each column.
- Ability to add or remove top columns.
- Improved layout of the queue statistics.
- A new queue group filter, which shows specific groups of queues.
- A new live statistic for the current longest waiting caller.
- Use of colour codes for warnings (Yellow) and alerts (Red).
IVR Voice Speed
We've implemented a new slider to adjust the voice speed of your virtual operators, allowing you
to configure the voice speed to your preference.
Search All Recordings
When using the search bar in the different 'Recordings' sections, all valid search results are now
shown. Previously, only search results from the current page would be shown.
Support Section Opens New Tab (CTRL + Click)
All navigation links in the support section can be opened in a new tab by holding the CTRL button
and clicking the link.
Modifying User Tier
Users of the same tier can add new users of the same tier, but no longer edit or delete other users
or those of the same or higher level tier.
Ringtone on Third Party IVR
We have added ringing audio between the intro message and the routing to third-party IVR
systems to replace the silence and indicate to the customer to wait for a response.
Agent Stats: Missed & Bounced Calls
In the Agent Stats - Overview report, the 'Missed Calls' column has been separated into 'Missed'
and 'Bounced' calls for improved clarity on the type of call.
Mexico Dialling Code
We have added Mexico (+52) to the international dial codes list.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed: Issue where the driver voice recordings talk time is always 0.
- Fixed: Issue where "Agent left queue" event is duplicated in the Agent Overview Log,
causing the total logged in time to increase until the agent's next login.
- Fixed: Issue where you can access recordings on the Announcement page before the page
is fully loaded, resulting in no audio options appearing when editing an announcement.
- Fixed: Issue where users cannot access the voicemail menu by dialling *98XXX or *98XXXX
and entering the password.
- Fixed: Issue where dialling rules are not applied when connecting to a remote agent.
- Fixed: Issue when adding an agent voicemail to a newly created agent by uploading a
greeting audio file or typing a TTS greeting, the voicemail is not saving.
- Fixed: Issue where after deleting a trunk, the trunk still appears in the endpoints after
running pjsip.
- Fixed: Issue where the sub-menu items in Recordings > Systems Recordings cannot be
selected.
- Fixed: Several issues with the Queue wallboard when blind transferring a call, including:
- Issue where the first queue does not decrease in size when the queue is successfully
transferred.
- Issue when the call is answered, the initial queue correctly increases, but the queue
receiving the blind transfer does not.
- Issue where if the caller hangs up before the blind transfer, the missed call counter
increases for the initial queue instead of the new queue.
- Issue where the total inbound call value only increases for the initial queue, and not both
after the call ends.
- Issue where the average ring time increases into larger and larger times for the queue
receiving the transfer.
- Issue where the queue receiving the transfer has a larger ring time than the ring times
stored in I/O recordings.
- Issue affecting wallboard queue groups where pinning an alert to the top row results in
any queue over 40 is ignored.
- Issue where currently selected queues exist in the 'Add Queue' dropdown making it
difficult to select all queues when there are more than 20.
- Issue where the answer rate does not send alerts when the number falls below the
threshold.
- Issue where the config menu icons that appear when hovering the mouse are
compressed and overlap the text.
- Fixed: Issue where the VO Log of an existing booking does not work.
- Fixed: Issue where the bounce count does not reset when an agent answers a call.
- Fixed: Issue where restarting Asterisk breaks queue when 'Force Longest Waiting Caller' is
enabled.
- Fixed: Issues with advisory guidance throughout the system.
- Fixed: Issue when creating a new entry for Generic SIP, Custom Reports, Agents or Phones,
the save button can be clicked multiple times causing duplicates to be created.
- Fixed: Issue where the agent paused time continues to increase even if they pause and log
onto another device.
- Fixed: Issue where internal calls to a queue do not save the call to internal recordings
